Our 6-Week Confidence & Mindset Course, for 9-13 year olds, has been proven to make a MASSIVE impact on participants, and has resulted in long-lasting mental shifts that change the trajectory of their lives. The program familiarises our participants with the mental tools that will help to accelerate their development in all aspects of their lives. This service is not limited to athletes, but is designed to benefit any ambitious young learner looking to achieve more in their life and gain the motivation needed to get them closer to their dreams & goals.
After working up close and personal with athletes at the very top of the game such as Aaron Cresswell (West Ham Utd/England), Dominic Calvert-Lewin (Everton/England), Toni Duggan (Atletico Madrid/England) & many more, we knew it was time to put our 6-Week Confidence & Mindset Course out there. There are common, very recognisable themes that have been identified from our work with these players. We have seen first hand how these athletes think, act, & behave, allowing us some actionable insights into exactly what has propelled them to the top of world football. Success leaves clues, and we want to share these clues with you.
Our 6-week curriculum has been carefully built in consultation with a psychologist and expert in the field. The curriculum is comprised of 6 hard hitting modules that force participants to do some deep self analysis, through a variety of thought-provoking assignments, challenges & live video calls led by Head Coach & Founder Tom Owens. Class participants will walk away from this program no longer content with average results, but with the confidence and knowledge to act in order to step up in life.

This program was unique when compared to any other program I have come across. Tom's passion, desire & drive to really motivate and encourage young athletes was definitely impressive.
