What's included with Development Sessions?

A Development session is a service that allows players of all ability levels to book as individuals, and come together as a group to work on a specific topic. These topic based development sessions can have a maximum of 8 players per class.

This group size allows team activities to be incorporated into the training with a heavy emphasis on competition, regardless of topic. In these larger group sizes, our trainers can introduce more information about tactical awareness into the practice. This makes our development sessions the perfect supplement to our program as a whole. On any given week, players of all ability levels and from diverse backgrounds come together to create a vibrant learning environment with a high intensity.

The difference you and your team have made to my girls confidence is unbelievable. Thanks for your time, your patience, and effort with her both physically and mentally. It certainly doesn’t go unnoticed

Development Sessions information

Sessions are available to be booked as a single session, or block booked as a 5-session package at a discounted rate.

Our Development Sessions are offered in 3 age groups: u6-u8, u9-u11 and u12-u14.

Ball Mastery & 1on1 Domination

This class is all about a players ability to control the ball in tight spaces & working on ways to beat players. We want our players to have the confidence to try new skills, and dominate their opponents on game day.

Speed, Agility & Quickness

This class includes activities that will improve our players footwork, balance, coordination and their overall ability to control their body in order to become a more powerful and explosive athlete.

Ball Striking & Shooting

This class is all about teaching different techniques of connecting with the football. We look at every technique of striking the ball over short medium and long distances, always ending with working our way towards goal.

Counter Attacking & Defending

This class is designed to promote speed of play in moments of transition: from attack to defence, and defence to attack. We also always talk about the ability to attack and defend in overloaded/underloaded situations in order to increase our success rate. A large part of this class talks about movement off the ball, and defensive positioning/body shape, in order to score goals, or try to stop them.
