We’re all stuck at home, but we’re not making excuses! During this strange period of time it may seem difficult to stay on top of your game and get the reps you need to continue your development. This is why we have committed to providing a FREE weekly online training session for our community every Wednesday at 10am & 11am.
Our training sessions are live on our Instagram so that players can interact with Head Coach & Founder, Tom Owens. Each week Tom commits to doing the workout with our players, explaining exercises in detail, doing live demos, and completing the full workout in himself so players can see the intensity levels they need to be working at. Tom is supported by Coach Dec to ensure players are constantly being encouraged, and held accountable to the highest levels of activity.
Our football specific sessions are planned to ensure players of all ages and ability levels can be challenged, and minimal equipment is used so everyone can join in! With a focus on SAQ & Ball Mastery, these sessions allow players to be challenged physically, technically, and mentally. Players are put through high intensity SAQ activities and are then asked to keep their quality on the ball as they fatigue.
What do I need?
- A Football
- 5×5 space
- A couple of markers (You can use other footballs, water bottles, or cones if you have them)
